At TWP we are proud to host a large and diverse all-inclusive group fitness program in Kelowna. Our class formats are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, goals and interests.

Our dynamic team of certified instructors have the expertise and experience to lead fun, effective and safe classes for all levels of participants. Our group fitness classes are second to none, and included at no extra charge in your monthly membership!

From cardio-based classes, to strength and mind/body classes, the TWP group fitness schedule has something for everyone!

Book your class a day in advance to reserve your spot! You can book at 7am the day before, regardless of your class time!

  • Book in and jump on a bike with us for 45 minutes of sweaty fun! Our RIDE classes are all-inclusive cardio workouts designed to meet you where you’re at. This class will take you through quick intervals, heavy intervals, endurance drills, hills and more. Our instructors are here to encourage and guide you with clear instruction and motivating playlists. Never been to a Spin class before? No worries at all, come a few minutes before class and our instructor will go over your individualized bike set up and ensure you’re feeling confident headed into your workout.

  • Full Body Lift
    You’re not going to want to miss our FULL BODY LIFT Class. This all inclusive and all levels group workout is focused on improving your overall functional strength while utilizing a variety of different equipment. Your class may include barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX’s, stability balls and more. Your instructor is motivated to meet you where you are at, elevating your heart rate through a series of strength movements while providing different formats and uplifting beats.Your instructor will provide both low impact & high intensity conditioning movement variations designed to safely challenge each individual. The goal? To feel empowered and strong at the end of your Full Body workout. We can’t wait to sweat with you!

    Upper Lift
    OK - It’s time for your upper body lift! Book in for a 50 minute upper body workout to really optimize your week of training @ TWP. Upper body resistance training will help you boost muscle strength and endurance in your arms, back, chest, and shoulders as well as improve mobility and posture. This class may utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands & TRX’s. While you’re at it, be sure to book in for tomorrow's LOWER LIFT to give those arms a break.

    Lower Lift
    Give those arms a break and book in for this 50 Minute Lower focused & all inclusive class. Your instructor will guide you in strengthening and conditioning your quads, hamstrings, glutes & calves through a variety of different exercises. This class may include the use of a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX’s and stability balls.

    The Mezz
    Join us for this small group style class up in our mezzanine area. Enjoy more individualized attention from your coach with the energy of your group. This full body strength and conditioning workout will include exercises utilizing specialty equipment. To maximize the efficiency this class will use stations, so expect to rotate through AMRAP’s, reps, and/or timed intervals!

  • Glutes, Core & Cardio
    Join us for this 50-minute class focused on strengthening and stabilizing your glutes and core systems. The goal? To bulletproof your body not only for your training but everyday life too. This class will also include both low-impact and high-intensity cardio movements to flush out your muscles from heavier strength days while taking you through movement patterns not always prioritized in class. Join Glutes, Cardio & Core for exciting formatting, upbeat music and the use of specialty equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX’s, stability balls and more.

    Ride

  • Barre
    Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of strength training, ballet, and Pilates. This fusion workout uses low impact, high intensity movements to strengthen the body, with focus on core, glutes, balance, mobility and flexibility. Define your muscles, improve your posture, and strengthen your core while having fun moving to upbeat music. See you at the Barre!

    Micro Muscles
    Micro Muscles prepare to feel the burn in this class! Dedicated to your smaller muscle groups by using mini bands, resistance bands, bender balls and free weights this class will fire up your stabilizing muscles. Micro muscles is all about muscle endurance and recruiting different muscle fibres compared to traditional weight lifting.

  • Yoga
    In this all-levels yoga class, you can expect to learn the foundations of yoga including proper alignment of basic postures. We will build strength, balance, and flexibility through a series of standing and seated poses. Through slow and steady movement, with components of breathwork and meditation, this class is designed to allow your body and mind to unwind. Whether you are new to yoga, or looking to deepen your practice, this class is for you.

    Mat Pilates
    Pilates is a series of movements that target the “Powerhouse” muscles, which include abdominals, glutes, pelvic floor, hips and back. Deep conscious breathing improves body awareness by helping to build a strong mind muscle connection. Pilates improves flexibility, mobility and posture by focusing on a strong stable core. With equal parts strength and flexibility, Pilates improves coordination and balance. Come to Pilates and establish a strong neutral spine posture

    Breathwork
    Feel empowered by creating a deeper connection to self and enjoy the feeling of calm throughout the body using your breath. Breathwork is a powerful healing modality of the body. Post session it is common to experience feeling an elevation in your mood and calming sensation in the body. Breathwork also combines the benefits of conscious breathing with stillness of the body to relax the mind and open the heart. Post breathwork journey, participants often describe feeling a safe, loving & supportive environment where they experience an increased sense of connection to self, the release of stuck/stagnant emotions, and a calm felt throughout the body. Breathwork is simple, effective, and 100% natural regulation for your nervous system, and best of all no experience is required! Bring your yoga mat, blanket & pillow, water bottle & journal.
